"This hotel was nice. Most people are here because they have a flight to catch so this is their one over night stop. We stayed because we were in town for a concert. The hotel and our room were clean, nothing fancy. Our room was right beside the ice machine and elevators, which made for a lot of noise. But overall, this hotel was in a great, convenient location to everything we wanted to do."

"The room was very clean, which was the most important. The coffee service in the morning was closed by 9:15 though, and the person directing the shuttle in the morning was very obnoxious. And told vulgar jokes. The free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ship was very nice. Other than no coffee and the obnoxious person, it was a nice stay."

"The linen and bath towels service was poor, we spent 4 nights and had to go every day to the front desk to replenish clean towels, trash liners. The pool was filthy with trash paper and dead leaves submerged in the water, The continental breakfast was limited to cold Egg and bread every single day, no fruits or choice of protein, Kitchen staff seen wiping counters and replacing condiments. Unsatisfied with general service at this hotel."

"Our room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it was very clean. The free breakfast was nice. Had a great selection for a free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our third visit to this hotel and we will be back."
