"Where do I begin, first off the property is awesome, peaceful and beautiful. BUT we got there and the heaters (3) did not work, it was a very cold sleep. The next day we noticed that we had no coffee or utensils, we were given coffee and utensils. We were given a heater but that still left the bathroom freezing. We only had 1 facecloth which was corrected. Later the first day we found that the only water coming in the shower was scalding hot, we could not shower. When we attempted to watch TV it...

"Everything was fantastic room was so clean and full of amenities. Lobby was lovely large and inviting. Staff was helpful. Best of all was the bed, comforter, extra blankets and soft pillows like sleeping on a cloud. Everything you want when away from your loved ones warm in freezing cold weather with a quiet heater."
