Located on a quiet main street of angeles. Easily accessible to malls, restaurant and bars. 10 mins away from clark international airport. Hotel rooms are cosy and smells nice but shower rooms needs improving (specially showers heads). Overall its a very nice hotel to stay in.

When my friend checked in ahead of me...they questioned him about the reservation even though it was in his name! The room was not ready when he wanted to check in a regular check/in time! When he finally checked in the sheets were not clean!

Good location and the price was reasonable. Behind ABC hotel that is twice the price. Not really set up for foreigners, the front desk person had difficulty with English. I asked the price of beer in the minibar since there was no price list in the room, she directed me to buy beer in the bar area. Property lists room service but no room service menu in the room.

Location is OK. House keeping service was not provided even after multiple requests during 3 nights stay due to lack of staff. Bathroom is so tiny. You can't hardly sit on the toilet without knee touching the wall. Bathroom door swings open to blocking access to washstand. Shower room lacks proper place to put shampoo and soap tubes. Breakfast buffet is below average quality. A/C and TV needs upgrade. Not enough parking space.

直近の感想書き込みを見て、良いホテルなんじゃないかと思い利用してみたものの、価格以下の設備だった。特に清潔で新しい設備ということはなく、シャワー室の間仕切りは不完全で、利用後は洗面台付近がびしょ濡れになる。 理由は不明だが、ベッドメイクはスキップされた。 周囲の道は街灯が不十分で、徒歩で移動すれば何があってもおかしくない。 上記の状況から次回の利用は無い。

Rude and not cleaned

Everyday housekeeping was not taken even though I asked a staff in counter while I went out. Repeated and repeated so I asked the counter why the room had not cleaned and repeated then she _maybe a manager_ just say "I will check" with rude attitude. I asked the reason again and she replied "I will let you know if I get the information from the house keeping team". But finally she didn't reply me. Some of staffs are really kind but some others were not good even rude.
