"We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed"

"We stayed here because we arrived late at night and missed our connecting flight through DTW. It was a clean and comfortable place to stay until we could get out the next morning. We were especially grateful for the sundries available in the gift shop at midnight to help carry us through until we were on our next flight and reunited with our luggage!
