"Someone on site would be helpful. Be warned, you have to ask for the tea tray to be refreshed. We missed this detail, so after a day out no tea bags or milk, no-one on site. Number provided was for urgent matters only. Broken toilet seat, damp walls. Two hot tubs advertised, both not functioning. ..."

"We stayed in a family room as it was the only room available at the time. It was a decent size and clean with a large ensuite. Staff very friendly and helpful. Limited parking available on first come basis (14 spaces). Decent bar with good prices for a hotel particularly the happy hour (4 till 8pm) ..."
