"Bed wasn’t a Queen size as I booked. Very small for a standard queen. Front desk person could have been a little more friendly too. Would have stayed there longer had I felt more welcome. Felt like we were a burden for staying there. Wouldn’t go back. You need to work on customer service skills. "

"Check in was fast and easy, the parking lot well lit and safe, the coffee and breakfast fresh, the room well laid out, clean and comfortable. The condition of the furnishings and linens top notch, what a comfy bed and pillows! I will be back nexr year!"

"The room is cute and the kitchen is nice. Only problem is there’s no hot water.. When I called down to the front desk to ask about the hot water, I was told that one of the two boilers was down and then if I let it run for a few minutes, it’ll get warm. I let it run for 20 minutes. It did not get warm. There was no plan to fix it. They just expected their customers to beige in cold water. "

"The walls and doors are very thin, you can hear everything in the halls and neighbors. Everything was okay- there are barely any outlets to plug in devices "

"This place was honestly not safe to be in. As soon as we walked in the room we knew we had to get a different hotel. The carpet was peeling up from the floor. Nothing had been swept in a really long time. The place smelled like smoke and there was mold in the bathrooms. I didn’t feel comfortable putting my stuff in the room. "

"Room tub and sink has plumbing issues. I was stand in a foot and half a water while showering. I was traveling for work. I was there 4 days. The phone in room didnt work, no room service or clean towels till i had to use my phone and call a 800 number front desk never answered after many attempts. I finally called customer relation and reported the issues. The Manager Chris was to call me but it took 2 weeks of me calling him. Finally I talked to him and he Manager was very rude and nasty basically hung up on me. I called customer relations again they offer 5000 points. I got tried of going back and forth they didnt want to refund my money...I will never ever never stay at this hotel while working in the Columbus Ohio Area..."

"Rooms were clean"

"We checked in super late (3am). Didn’t really look at the room due to getting children settled and back to sleep. This morning, when getting the shower ready for everyone, I noticed something pretty gross on the wall. So cleanliness I’m marking super low due to this. It’s a pretty big spot that looks like dried feces. I did take a picture of it. Usually don’t have issues staying at Holiday Inn. But this definitely concerned us. "
