"***Safety Alert*** We arrived at the hotel while traveling and parked for the night near the entrance of the hotel. During the night, per the Columbus police, a number of cars were vandalized in the parking lots at the Holiday Inn Express in Columbus as well as neighboring hotels. Please note the police officer said there are no cameras on the parking area, nor at the other hotels and "that's the price of having a nice car". The vandals tried to get into the car by breaking the side windows...

"We had a room with a queen. It was very roomy with a seating area. Very clean. Good breakfast."

Was given a king with pullout sofa for 2 adults 1 child. Could not change rooms due to being fully booked. Be sure and get what you reserved and paid for."

"Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon check-in, the staff was hard to locate as they were socializing outside. The parking lot was full of broken glass since cars were broken into days before. There was blood splatter all over the floor around the elevator. The elevator broke the day after we checked in, forcing everyone, including those who were disabled to use the steps. "Hotel was super clean. Lobby smelled amazing. Room was updated and clean. Staff were friendly during our entire stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"Good mattress, clean room, clean bathroom, though small. Hotel is next to a busy highway, though once inside, most of the noise is muffled. Downside is the exterior walkways. Scattered cigarette butts, bottle caps, and beer bottles. Gross."

"Rug has never been cleaned. The mattress was awful. I was treated horribly when I arrived and charged a higher price than what was quoted by Expedia. I was told I could leave if I didn’t pay the higher price. I was required to provide a deposit . After almost two weeks week deposit was finally refunded but I had to get my credit card company involved. I called the hotel but never get an answer . May be the worst hotel experience ever"

"I checked in, viewed the room, and checked out immediately. The room smelled strongly of urine, and activity outside the property made me feel uncomfortable about safety. The front desk staff was short in communication and did not leave a positive impression. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel."

"When I got there, the staff was helpful. When I got to my room that I was given, someone was already in there. Had to get another room. Second room was clean, no bad smell, bed was clean. Only downsides: TV was broken (had green lines), one of my towels were dirty, shower head was mid. Overall, I would rate my stay a 6/10."
