They have updated certain things, like the front desk, to make it look fresh and new but as soon as you walk down the hallway you can tell they really haven’t done anything. The carpet has to have been there since the 80’s. The second floor has no air conditioning in the hallways so it is extremely hot in...

"The staff is very nice and very understanding. The only thing I didn't like was I had to walk quite a distance to get food because I didn't have a car. But the owner or the main manager I think he's the owner was helpful and did offer a ride but not to me because he didn't know I needed a ride"

"This was one of the most derelict, dirty hotels I've ever entered. We checked into our room despite the tarp on the roof, rotting exterior and filthy lobby. Our room, if possible was worse. Carpets have not been vacuumed in months/years, hallways reeked of pot or fried foods. Rivers of god knows what running down the walls. Every piece of furniture was covered in splatters and stains. The curtain was cut in half and hanging by threads, holes punched in the wall, mirror seriously cracked, windows...

"we are elderly and we were booked in a third floor room. The elevator did not work during our entire stay. plus the room key they gave us did not work. I have a bad back and my husband has bad knees. we had to do 3 trips to bring up our luggange and get a room key that worked. This was unacceptable"

After being moved to room #208, the same individual became argumentative regarding the room type and ultimately slammed the door on me. Due to the significant health concerns, I felt unsafe and checked out immediately."

"Before I checked in to my 1st floor room, I could hear this extremely loud noise coming from the " maintenance room" just down the hall. Could be heard throughout. Apparently has something to do with the pump, or filtration for the water slide at the indoor pool and playland. Anyway, was then given a room on the 2nd floor. The cold grab and go breakfast was minimal. Was told the night before they had waffles. Nope. They had instant oatmeal, but no microwave oven. Couldn't even find a wastebasket...

"Love this hotel. Satff was nice, breakfast was hot and fresh. There was allways coffee available. Love that. Room was super clean. Overall it was one of the best stays i had."
