"The first floor, under our room #13 was under renovation. Lots of noise including on Saturday April 4. The hallway in front of our room was very dirty; it had stains from food spills that could have been easily cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen in our suite were old, from the 80's or 70's. Very disappointing experience for almost $1,000 / night. "

"Parking was very crowded and close. The room had a window in the entry door that wasn’t covered properly for privacy and let in light all night. The couch was dirty and the large rug was filthy.
The bathroom was nice. The bed was good, and the refrigerator worked well. However, you had to go to another location for check in. If they cleaned properly and covered the window in the door it would be fine."

"The room was clean and well appointed. The location was good. It was a block from the beach with no view from the room, but the view on the beach was great. The property had a nice pool, and it was in a quiet area. The downside was that the room had a tiny bathroom. The sink was so small that the floor was soaked just from my washing my face. "Place was perfect—super cute and literally right across the street from the beach. The only minor thing was that check-in wasn’t clearly explained beforehand; it’s actually in a different building down the street from the property."

"Mimosa was across the street, but only about a minute walk so no beach view. The beach was absolutely beautiful and easily accessible with lots of chairs as promised. It is more of an Airbnb vibe. It is quaint and on the quieter end of the beach. Very few amenities. Service was great but guests must ask for certain things like trash removal and clean towels. "

"Clean room, excellent staff, perfect for beach which is straight across the road. Rooms are small especially if you are travelling with kids but are perfectly ok for couples. Breakfast is a limited buffet but a nice option to grab and go. Would recommend on the whole"
