"Hottub broken, no battery in remote, toilet paper holder fell off wall. My brothers room stunk, sisters room had no tv remote, breakfast was not refilled. Only motel in town, so what are ya gonna do."

"The suit was roomy and clean.The complementary breakfast has variety of ingredients to make a good breakfast. We didn't like the low light level in a lobby, crowdness and a smell of old carpets in the lobby, though...."

"Our room was clean and quiet ; we asked for it to be scent free for my husband who gets migraines from room fresheners, oils, perfumes etc, and also asked for additional pillows and they honored our request. Breakfast was minimal but just fine for our needs. The open area downstairs was very comfortable for visiting with our friends after breakfast who were also guests at AmericInn. The location was perfect for our stay."

"Did not like the parking lot. The hallways to the rooms were very narrow. If you let the room door close on its own it’s very loud. They had a power outage from 11 PM till 4 AM. I did not sleep well."

"The facility is clen and well run. Breakfast (self-serve buffet) is like any other budget hotel, not bad but nothing to write home about. And it is a far better choice than the the other hotel(motel, actually) in a town with limited choices."

"I know this will sound excessive but none of this is an exaggeration. Upon arrival, the parking lot had cavernous potholes. This building should have been torn down long ago. When we arrived, we had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I have a mild handicap that makes stairs difficult. No elevator and my room was on the second floor. "Everything was great only issue no elevator to 2nd floor."

"My initial reservations were for five nights - I was there to see my brother at the hospital. He was discharged early, so I cancelled my last night and flew home. The hotel refused to reimburse me for the fifth night, even though I advised them two nights before. I will never stay there again nor use Expedia for reservations."
