"We had an ant issue in our room. I sent a text message, cause that’s how you communicate with the front desk staff. The guy sprayed something, whatever he done. It only last a few minutes. They came back. I sent another one & I also ask to speak to a supervisor. No one never call me nor came to our room to speak to us. I went on our last night of saying. Spoke to a lady at the desk told her what had happened. She said when she came on Shift, she saw a message and asked them that they take care of it. She did say I can give you another role. I told her this is our last night I was not about to pack all that stuff up just for one night. She was the only one that tried to accommodate us so the day I got ready to check out I spoke to the lady at the front desk and I explained to her I was very upset. We had came in town for my father-in-law‘s funeral and this is not our first time staying at this place, but it was the first time we experience service like this. I still asked for a call back. it’s been two weeks since I’ve been back for my trip and no call. No email no nothing about this day.we paid too much money to be treated like this. And yes I’m was very disappointed"
Carina Bay Boutique All Inclusive Resort & Casino

"Property has such potential but unfortunately is not well maintained. Doors don’t shut/lock, everything was dirty & old, almost nothing was working or staffed properly to meet the bare minimum (espresso machines down, all events cancelled, menu was extremely limited, etc). The casino staff was moody. The seaweed was not manicured off the beach & stank as well as tarnished jewelry from the gasses it was putting off. For what this resort charges, this is highly unacceptable and very disappointing."
The Cove Hotel St.Croix

"Being that it is a boutique hotel it’s great for sleeping, the beds are very comfortable. As far as any food, they have nespresso machines, and small fridges to have bottle water or whatever you would like to put in it. You will need to either rent car, or use VI Ubah there great for getting around the island. Back to cove hotel the owners are very nice an will help you out if they have what you need. They work really hard on the hotel. Has a cute pool. I will be going back there!!!"

"Awesome views at The Waves!! AMA restaurant and Cane bay beach within close proximity made us want to stay on the north shore all week. Front desk and housekeeping were super helpful and responsive to our needs. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in St Croix I would highly recommend staying here. And my wife and I can’t wait to visit again!"

"Sandcastle hotel was an awesome place to stay. The front desk personnel were helpful at check-in explaining what was available as far as amenities during our stay. The only thing I can say is the continental breakfast offered at the check-in desk needs an improvement. Other than that, the hotel grounds are pleasant and well manicured. The room I choose had a nice veranda, a kitchen with a larger refrigerator, stove and a microwave. The beach was clean, water clear ( great for snorkeling ) with chairs and umbrellas. I will definitely stay there on my next trip back."

"Besides the roaches, the place was AMAZING. Drinks were great, food was filling. The property was under construction, but still very beautiful. The roaches really killed the vibe though. They seem to enjoy the bathroom and the curtains the most even though they are also present in the kitchenette. I think an exterminator would do them good. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Otherwise we had a great time. Would have been 5 stars if we didn’t have to deal with roaches in our room. Easy fix."
