"New facility, clean. Room well away from hustle and bustle keeping my pets quiet and comfortable allowing for a restful night. Pet fees and security deposit questionable, understood 25/night for my 2 pets weighing well under the 50 lbs required for this rate. Security deposit not yet returned (credited to CC). Collected by hotel but when contacted facilities told I would have to deal with Expedia. Frustrating!!"

"At check-in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my key wasn’t working at the room so I had to walk back across the parking lot to get it fixed. The room was just okay. Nothing fancy whatsoever. Bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was not even worth the effort."

"AC didn’t work, had to change rooms only one left it was up stairs mine was originally down. No elevator so everything had to be carried up. Bed wasn’t as nice as original room I had a king that room was two queens and definitely not as nice. Room wasn’t as clean as it should be. "

"The facility was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. As an owner I felt the parking should be free. We did get the fee taken off because we agreed to go to a meeting, which turned out to be a high pressure sales pitch. They had a shuttle service, which was great. It would have been nice if it extended to evening as there were some things we would have done if that were the case. I am elderly and don't drive at night and am sure there are many others like me. But all in all I would recommend this facility."
