"We go here very frequently and take our pet too. The hotel rooms are clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast is very good too with an omelette counter. "

"Staff were good, place has gone down hill over the years. I've been staying here for over 20 years. Not even a bottle of water in the room shower was the size of the closet with the shower head all the way to the left against the wall. Moved the bible under the night stand and you could see the clean around hasn't been moved since they put it there. Sunday morning construction on Easter sunday. Over priced for sure."

"You should be told about massive on-going property renovations before you book, not right before you arrive and your stay is no longer refundable. And please don’t tell me that work will only be occurring during certain hours when it was clearly still happening an hour after it should have stopped and started up again 2 hours earlier than what the sign in the lobby says. "Canceled my reservation an hour after check-in while I was already 2.5 hours into a 3.5 hour drive for my daughter’s Nationals competition. I booked months in advance through Expedia. They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked. The manager, was unapologetic and told me to “book somewhere else.” When I explained we were traveling with a baby and were one hour away, he threatened to hang up on me for “yelling” when I was simply upset. "Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...
