"The room was very clean, the bed was superb! The shower with great pressure, even better than the Hilton. Most of the staff very helpful but sometimes the language barrier became an issue for sign language. Wifi was horrible, most times didn't have any or very slow. The breakfast was minimal but a little more than just cereal, and you had to pay for any drink except coffee during breakfast hours. The menu after breakfast was very good, again most times pointing and sign language needed to ask or convey diet changes in the order. The manager works nights and was so wonderful, very helpful with bags and anything needed, I felt he was the hotel, he made it very comfortable and welcoming."

"The front desk agent didn't explain anything about amenities or timings. Breakfast started too late, so we had to eat out on the way to the airport. Hotel may be nice, but the front desk is not particularly welcoming so I will not be coming here again."

"Centrally located. Needs better and brighter lights in entire hotel. Balcony sliding door was not able to lock needs repair. Keep having flashing light in bathroom, it needs fixing. But the room and bathroom were big and comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good"
