"Room cleanliness can be improved, shower head leaking, bath mixer tap/shower not good at all, either hot or cold. Kitchen and lounge good size but no utensils. Breakfast can be better. Over all, just a very basic room, probably we expected more by reading previous positive reviews and Online pictures. "

"There is a lack of work discipline. The air conditioning is not working. We informed the reception, but they could not help us. They keep saying they will turn it on next week and do not let us speak with someone in a higher position. The quality of the food is poor. There are many different restaurants, but unfortunately the quality is not good because the ingredients used are low quality."

"Excellent staff and facilities. Well maintained. The WhatsApp system to keep in touch with the guests and respond to anything was easy and excellent. The in-house doctor helped when needed which was great. Room upgrade was offered due to our circumstances which helped our stay be more enjoyable and staff were helpful."

"Breakfast was great, lots of options. I love their garden style breakfast. The hotel was closer to Old Town, Kaleici, walking distance. The Front Desk Reps were accommodating and very helpful, always welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. I was recommended by Denise, the Receptionist to book city and boat tour, it was fantastic, I enjoyed the whole trip. I will definitely stay at Bonnie City Hotel and refer to family and friends who plan to visit Antalya. "
