Antalya - busy and lively

Hotel in heart of old town, but an oasis of peace once you step through the doors. Staff are incredibly helpful. Breakfast, taken in the garden, is excellent. Only downside for us was our room being small, dark, only small window that looked onto stairwell. Another room and it would have been perfect.

A little gem in Antalya

We hadnt originally booked this hotel as we were booked some where else.We both felt at home from the first second and the staff made us feel very welcome. Rengin is a wonderful hostess and nothing was any trouble for her and she booked our trips & recommened resteraunts to us. All in all had a fantastic stay in a great hotel and we are going to book up for next year.

Absolutt dårlig service, selv om betalte for deluxe rom fikk et rom i minste størrelse i mine alle hotel reservasjoner.. Tilbakemelding fra hotellet var; bilder kan vise rommet mye større!! Funnet gamle strømper mv under senga.. Minibar var tom unntatt to liten flaske vann. Opps, du må betale disse... Resepsjonen var ikke behjelpelig og arrogant. Du får et fat for frokost. Samme saker for alle dager igjen og igjen. Rå kjedelig. Alt kommer med falsk smil. Aldri mer Kaucuk. Det var som mareritt!!

I don't like being obligated to leave my key at the front desk. I haven't had to do that since my backpacking days long ago. And, verifying my fears I came back to find they'd been in my room to change the temperature on the air conditioner. I had just arrived. Nobody should go in my room my first day. Outrageous that they can enter my room whenever they please. This is my private space for one or more days that I have paid for. Also, hot water is from solar and sometimes there isn't any. The room on the street can be quite noisy.

An oasis in the old town

The hotel was in the centre of the old town yet very quiet and peaceful once inside. Ideal for relaxing in the courtyard or swimming in the pool. Our room was nice, overlooking the courtyard, breakfasts were good and the staff friendly. The owner helped us with restaurants and places to visit which ensured that we had an enjoyable holiday, We would certainly stay there again.

Turkish version of ”Amys baking company”

U need to leave your room key to reception when ever going out. And the key to safetybox is with the room key. So basically you give them to access to all your money every time you go outside!! They are constantly watching your every move. Very awkward. The atmosphere is not casual and relaxed. Most Horrible thing is that they dont respect your belongings! While you are out, they move your clothes and stuff. They take things that are left on table and moved them in your suitcase or in the cabin?? Everyday you have to be looking after your shampoo. So, have unpack your luggage every dsy again. Never before I have seen anything like it :( Location is perfect. Hotel is clean. Breakfast very limited, but you get your eggs make by order as you wish. Room is tiny, but bathroom better size than most in Kaleici.

Ни какого массажа ни в номере ни в отеле нет.Сауны,которую вы обещаете,тоже нет..Окна в отеле пропускают все звуки с улицы.Мне не помогали даже беруши.Жаль,что вы даете неверные описания отеля,я бы выбрала другой отель.

Wonderful hotel with the most lovely staff

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel in just the nicest part of the city! We came by car and was a bit lost when a member of staff from the hotel had spotted us looking for the hotel - by bike he chased us up and even parked our car for us as these are narrow streets more made for walking really. We were treated really well by the owner whom we met in the pool when we arrived, she even treated us with Turkish tea and cake. As our car was rented and had to be delivered early we did not manage breakfast at the hotel, but was offered packed breakfast to take with us in the car. We can see some are complaining about noise, and yes, this is a lively area - which is also why it was such a treat to stay in the very middle of it all - so earplugs are probably a good idea - but we would for sure choose this lovely spot again during our next stay in Antalya!

Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt

Das Team hat uns sehr lieb empfangen. Man hatte sich prima um unseren Mietwagen gekümmert und auch um unser Gepäck, das leider nicht am Flughafen ankam. Die Umgebung ist echt malerisch nah und zentral und dennoch ruhig, zumindest unser Zimmer war zum Hof wo wirklich nichts zu hören war. Das Bad war sehr schön und modern. Das Zimmer und das Hotel haben einen echt netten Charme passsend zu den tollen Häusern in der Altstadt, aber mit allem Komfort. Das Bettzeug und die vielen Details zeigen wie liebevoll alles ist. Es ist klein und persönlich. Echt fein! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück ist sicherlich landestypisch, aber ein wenig Wurst wäre doch für den deutschen Gaumen prima. Aber Eierspeise und Kaffee und Saft und selbstgebackene Klenigkeiten. ECHT TOLL! Manchmal war uns die Musik etwas zu laut, die die Besitzer gerne abspielten. Da es aber Klassik und Jazz waren, war dies okay und wir haben nicht gefragt ob es doch etwas leiser ginge, was sicher möglich gewesen wäre. Ein feines Hotel wenn man die Schönheit der Altstadt erleben möchte, guten Service wünscht, wenn man von dort aus unkomplizier und günstig mit dem Mietwagen die Umgebung erkunden möchte und abends gerne flaniert in dieser belebten Gegend und genaus zwischen Hafen, Hadrianstor und Co. Lovely short stay

The room and hotel was immaculate, pretty and in a very good location in the middle of beautiful Kaleici the Old Town. A young man/boy served us the whole time we were there, and was very helpful and polite although his English wasn't the best. The hotel had a lovely swimming pool which we used at the hottest part of the day, sipping beers that the hotel provided at a reasonable price. The only thing I can mention is that if you book the "petit" room, as we did, be prepared for it to be VERY petite! The room itself was the size of the bed which was in it, however it did have a lovely (but small) bathroom and was very clean. We stayed for only two nights in Antalya before going but could have easily stayed longer.

Sehr hübsches und familiäres Hotel

Ich war Anfang September mit meiner besten Freundin ein paar Tage im Hotel Kaucuk, bevor es eine Woche auf die AIDA ging. Wir waren skeptisch, ob die Fotos im Internet überhaupt der Realität entsprechen. Wir wurden absolut nicht enttäuscht. Im Gegenteil, wir waren uns beide einig, dass es sogar noch schöner war als erwartet! Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Das typisch türkische Frühstück, das auf den ersten Blick recht übersichtlich anmutet, hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir jeden Tag sehr gesättigt in den Tag starten konnten. Und Rengin, die Chefin, hat sich jeden Morgen eine andere köstliche, selbstgemachte Überraschung einfallen lassen! Man fühlt sich dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Sämtliche Transfers wurden zuverlässig organisiert. Erol, der sich um Zimmer, Service und überhaupt alles kümmert, macht einen tollen Job und kümmert sich wirklich liebevoll um die Gäste in seiner etwas zurückhaltenden, aber dennoch liebevollen und unaufdringlichen Art. Für mich war der Aufenthalt im Hotel Kaucuk eine sehr schöne Urlaubserfahrung, die ich jedem nur ans Herz legen kann. Ich würde jederzeit dort wieder buchen! Great Hotel. Shame about the Service

We were provided with a room on the ground floor, right next to the reception, even though we booked a room specifically stated as "on the first or second floor". When we complained due to the constant noise, we were made to feel guilty for requesting to move. We eventually moved to a smaller room on the first floor (but did not complain since the location was much better). After that, we sensed insincerity from the owner each time she said hello. We did not do anything wrong, but this made us uncomfortable and prevented us from fully appreciating our stay. The hotel, itself, is clean, wonderful location, and serves a great breakfast.

Internetteki fotograflarla uyumsuz bir otel

Internette gördügüm resimlerden gaza gelerek ayirdigim oda tam bir hayal kirikligi idi. Yaklasik 8 m2 icerisinde, internetteki resimlerden cook farkli mobilyalar icerisinde bögrümde pencereyi (ve caddenin gürültüsünü) hissederek uyumak zorunda kaldim. Kisacasi DeLuxe odayi sakin secmeyin. Beni karsilayan, ve sistemi cekip ceviren arkadas ise son derece sempatik ve profesyonel bir otelci idi. Hizmet konusunda hic bir elestirim yok.
