Hotel hallway carpet is obviously dirty, but everything else looked clean and smelled fresh. First impression of room was stale cigarette smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. However, room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bath and bed linens were plush, bright white, with no stains or tears. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows....

"Some of the staff are very rude especially front desk Jasmine some rooms have bugs and they allow pets that are not leashed which I was frightened of when on my way to work. They do try to accommodate to switch rooms if your unhappy parking is ok but my kid car had got hit from the back while parked. Housekeeper Carmen is very nice property manager is nice."
