Pool closed despite being advertised as being open from March 1st Andy’s arriving on April 4th, no advance warning of this. With 2 young boys with us this was deciding factor in booking this particular hotel, had we been notified prior to our stay we would have cancelled our booking.
Check in was appalling, very slow and staff on reception lacked customer service skills. They said they would pass our feedback on to the manager and someone would be in touch, we...

"Found cockroaches and left early. Floor was absolutely disgusting. Had to wipe up some spilled water and towel came up completely brown like the floors haven’t been cleaned in weeks. We have stayed in some dingy places but never felt like we needed to ask for a refund until we stayed here. "

"Parking was good. We parked our car right outside our door. The staff (only one I met) was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Some things could have been improved upon.
