Khách sạn Anthem tại Merrill Ranch , Florence

"The room had no body wash or hand soap even after I asked for it. The room had not been cleaned when I went to the front desk they said I had to request it to be cleaned. I asked they said they would do it and it did not happen. The ice machine was filthy! We had a large party there and everyone had issues with the hotel and staff. It is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible staff."

"Environment and how clean everything was"

"Very nice place in a great location. Close to everything. Limited room service. Never once seen a maid in our 3 days there."

"Pros- Staff was very good. Room & Bed were clean. Bed was comfortable. Cons- Room 108 has a leaky bathtub faucet and running water in the toilet. I heard the noise from them all night. In room safe would not work due to a dead battery that could not be fixed by the staff after check in. remote for TV had weak battery and took several presses to change channels and adjust volume. No pen or paper in room. Reading through the room info loose leaf, I wondered how safe my room/neighborhood and car...

"The staff is racist, they discriminate against black people and talk down to you. Only nice staff was the breakfast attendant Gina. They lie on you and charge you for things you didn't even use and will argue with you after you try to defend yourself from false allegations. I would never ever stay here again. This was my 3rd stay, management must have changed from last year because its complete garbage now."

"Sauberes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück"

"This is a great extended stay style hotel, so few amenities and staff around, no daily housekeeping, etc but a clean place with comfortable beds and great location in SE Phoenix near Mesa airport. Recommend it - really great price if you plan ahead."

"Clean facilities, very pleasant host"

"The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests."

"Great place to stay!! Pool was amazing"
