"Great location, lots of restaurants nearby and the room and amenities were great."

"Over many stays, there have been things I've come to expect, I mean, they have been there every visit, like a dresser. My clothes were everywhere because there was nowhere to put them. There was a wardrobe with five hangers, but no shelf or drawers for folded clothes or delicate items. There was no desk or table, and the comfy chairs were gone, too, as were the phone charger and clocks. The heat didn't work, and the new drapes are thinner, so they didn't block out outside noise as well. There is a lot of noise out there. Just not the same."

"The staff were nice and helpful. The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the place was so quiet that I could sleep well. Also, the continental breakfast was very good. I would give them an overall rate of 10/10. Thank you!"

"What a great find! Loved it so much - beds and pillows were comfy. Only complaint was the wood beams were very dusty which made me wake up w insane allergies and the window was covered w cobwebs outside- - they could use a window washer and better cleaning w ceilings but the room felt clean and it was super cozy indeed. Felt like an nyc hotel."

"Property is a cute little boutique hotel, pet friendly with a restaurant attached. Staff is very friendly.We had a corner room and around 5:30 in the morning we got woke up but very loud trash trucks. The bathroom is small and the shower is flawed by the way it is set up as the entire bathroom floor gets soaked when you take a shower. The remote to our television did not work and I went downstairs to ask the very friendly staff about it and unfortunately their maintenance man left for the evening, but they did offer me a complementary snack for my inconvenience. Overall, I would stay here again with maybe a different room choice. It is in walking distance of everything and great restaurant options. Parking is valet only or pay by the hour next door for parking. This was not a big to us. Once you park you don’t have to drive to see anything. The beach is very close, many restaurant options and beautiful views of Santa Barbara along the way. "

"Beautifully remodeled and upgraded. The rooms are not very large, yet they are well designed and comfortable. The little details, including tea, coffee, and water bottles were appreciated. My only complaint is that the windows are not sound proof, so if you are on a lower floor and facing State Street it can be a bit loud until 10-11P. The lobby bar/ lounge was enjoyable for an evening snack and beverage. Parking options, besides valet, would be a great add-on option."
