"Nilea Island Living resort is a beand new property ipening in july 2025 so we were sone iftfe furst guests to experience the fabulous hospitality of Spiris, the General Manager. The apartment was pristine, spacious, modern andperfect for a family holiday. The resort is a short walk to the beaches and vibrant area of Naxos with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. "We had a wonderful stay! Anna at the front desk was so kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The property and rooms are well maintained, and the pool area is lovely. It’s only a short 5–6 minute walk to the main bus stop and the village, which was super convenient. The gentleman who takes care of the breakfast area was also very kind and friendly — and the breakfast spread was amazing! Would definitely stay here again."

"The property is very unique and artistic. We enjoyed the views from the property and the friendly cats. The employee that greeted us was really nice and accomodating. There was an unwelcoming and negative atmosphere from the owner. As soon as we got there there were a lot of ants all over our room and in our bed at night despite eating away from the room. The water was never warm and the wifi didnt work in our room. But all of the above didnt really bother us we still enjoyed our stay in Paros. "

You have everything you need to have a wonderful stayed. Close to bus stop, restaurants and shops. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. "
