"The cabins were excellent, with private pools. The volcanic waters are out of this world: hot, relaxing, therapeutic. The mountains surrounding are impressive, pristine. The gardens are well tended and contribute to a civilized experience. We had massages and the four of us were unanimous about the quality of the care, the technique, the experience. The restaurants are well staffed by caring people, and offered excellent food. It was my third time at Termas Papallacta, and clearly the best."

"Loved Hacienda! A beautiful stay only 15 mins from the airport but felt like you were surrounded by pure nature in a different world than the city of Quito. The walk on the trails is stunning, and the history is fascinating to learn how the owners discovered the tunnels on site and the Incan history connected to it. Oscar is so knowledgeable on the history! Beautiful rooms, amazing food, the grounds are so peaceful it’s hard to think you are in Quito, lots of wild coloured birds, so many...

"Absolutely recommend this property. The staff is amazing! We did a couple of the activities and love them. Definitely do the horse back riding tour! The food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable and where this property shines is on the little details- turn down service, with fireplace, chocolate and hot water bottles to keep the bed warm."

"Todo perfecto!. Vistas maravillosas, excelente servicio y la comida del restaurante es buenisima!"

"La vía de acceso está en malas condiciones. En el lugar no hay actividad disponible para pasar el momento. No te informan de lo que puedes hacer Turística mente está muy pobremente exportado. No fue una agradable estadía"

"Breakfast was good with many options. The room was nice and clean but lacked a few things like Kleenex. Directions on how to use the TV remote to get to the multitude of channels would have been helpful."

"Péssimo atendimento na recepção do Hotel! Inclusive a moça que se encontrava no dia de nosso check-in foi extremamente ríspida e nada amigável. Acredito que se melhorar o atendimento possa ser que seja uma boa opção de hospedagem, caso contrário, não vale a pena… As instalações são boas, entretanto, sem as instruções adequadas vc não consegue chegar facilmente. Inclusive a atendente da recepção não nos orientou que uma das entradas ao parque não permite acesso após as 15 hrs."

"We experienced an absolutely wonderful one night stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. The staff, amenities, restaurant and accommodation were all exceptional. Jonathan was great in organising transport from the airport and back and showing us around the accommodation. We loved the pool area. As a side note, although situated reasonably close to the airport it does take half an hour to drive. We would highly recommend this accommodation."

"Hermoso el lugar para relajarse increíble la comida riquísima SÓLO una cosa DEBEN DE RENTAR UN CARO ALTO la entrada es empedrada muy buena para ese tipo de carros De resto todo increíble para familia que quieran relax absoluto"

"This is a really unique gem located in Puembro. The staff, both reception and service, were great. Had a really early shuttle to the airport, which they provide. I missed breakfast because of my early departure, but they kindly packed me a breakfast box to go. Beds were amazingly comfortable! Only issue was that it was NOT close to the airport. Expedia said “3.4 miles.” That may have been accurate for as the crow flies, but realistically you have to go all the way around something(?)) to...

"This was our most memorable stay during our 2 months in Ecuador! Exceptional value for money. Outstanding staff and customer service! The views are beautiful and the cabins very comfortable, with hot showers and extra blankets for chilly nights. Every cabin has a nice balcony with hammock chairs and a fold-down table. They have a great viewing platform for all sorts of hummingbirds, and a cool light-trap near a hide for watching birds eating bugs for breakfast. Wifi is excellent (we had to have...

"Wonderful to stay here. Beautiful garden to sit in and listen to the birds with a fresh morning coffee. Lovely maintained property. Comfortable rooms. Attentive and caring team"

"Where do I start.... the hotel is located in the jungle and the approach to it is a little amusing as you have to drive over a very colourful single lane suspension on route. And then you are travelling along a dirt road that makes your thoughts start to question your judgement but then..... the hotel appears as a gem set within the folds of the surrounding jungle. The hotel is very spacious and the architecture is very fitting for its location. The room we were renting was very nice and...

"La habitación estuvo limpia, la TV estaba dañada, el agua caliente de la ducha no estuvo muy caliente, la puerta del baño no cerraba fácilmente, había un olor un poco feo en la habitación y creó que por eso estaba la ventana abierta cuando entramos por primera vez a la habitación, el desayuno estuvo bueno, el personal atento y el parqueadero es en el hotel y es seguro."

"I have stayed a few times and it is a beautiful place. It combines the countryside colonial life style and architecture with the modern confort and technology. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast amazing. Convenient location to stay away from the city but yet not too far."

"Casa de Campo was beautiful. It was like staying home. Very cosy atmosphere Love the attention of the staff and personal touch. Would be staying again."
