"Clean hotel / room , amazing staff ! "

"Bar and food staff were amazing but the rooms AC didn’t work, they have mold and you can tell they paint over problems. Had to pay a resort fee and the pool was filthy. Lastly, I ordered food at the bar using Apple Pay then they charged me on my bank card and to my room and tried to take my deposit. It took a week of me calling and leaving voicemails before had to call my bank to dispute it. Never again. You get what you pay for I guess."

"I have stayed here before and returned due to the good experience I previously had. This stay was not the same. Multiple emails and messages from property in the week prior to my arrival requesting money even though the reservation was paid through by Expedia. No answer from property when I called/sent messages through Expedia to clarify this. Check in was fast. Finding the building numbers at night was challenging, we ran into multiple people wandering around outside like us looking for particular buildings. Once inside our room we noticed the floors were dirty, there was what appeared to be dried blood on the kitchen floor, hair in the bathroom. We had planned on using the pullout sofa which had 2 pillows, 1 pillow case and no other linen. It took multiple attempts calling and being on hold to get linen. Our balcony had a tree blocking any view there may have been. The grounds and exterior of the property was very clean and beautiful but very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. "

"I’ve been coming to the property for a while. While a little dated, the management does a great job at keeping it clean. And it’s certainly worth the price. The pool and property is always well taken care of. Very much enjoyed our stay "

"I had a very disappointing stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and there was a leak in the bathroom that made things even worse. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one ever answered. I eventually found a maintenance staff member, who came to check the issue and said they would arrange for a room change—but that never happened. The breakfast was also extremely poor. The selection was very limited, and items constantly ran out. I had to repeatedly ask staff to restock basics like toast and milk, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, the service and conditions were unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here."
