The room had AC that cooled the room, a walk-in shower with nice amenities, a refrigerator and high-quality bed and towel linens. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. "This is an old Naples neighbourhood. From the outside building looks very old and a bit rough typical Naples. Once in the hotel lobby it’s a different planet. Very clean modern new rooms. Especially the host she’s very friendly helpful person who speaks good English. This place is right next to Naples archeological museums and about a 15 mins walk from old town coffee shops. "

We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...
"The room was very big and beautiful. Maria was very helpful with everything and Mario communicated with me via WhatsApp whenever I had a question.
The location is a little bit hidden away, but it is excellent. There was no noise and we were literally a five minute walk from the Dante. There are several restaurant choices there and the metro station, which will take you anywhere. The museum and via Toledo are right there.

This is more like bed and breakfast as its family owned, and the apartment has belonged to one family for over 200 yrs.
