"I would 100% recommend this apartment building. It was so close to the Eiffel Tower , metro station and so many great restaurants. The AC worked well during the heat wave as well."

"This was a beautiful place to stay. Super clean right around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. In the heat wave it also had AC. The hotel staff were very sweet and helpful especially Suzette who works at the front desk. She was so kind to my family and I and very attentive. Would highly recommend staying here and will be coming back and staying here again in the future."

However, the room lacks some basic amenities: yes, there is no AC, which I knew, but there also aren't any fans whatsoever. We went in June, and Paris was very hot, all day and well into the night, so I did get quite sweaty in bed and needed to keep the windows open(which then leads to bugs, so be careful). "Great location near Notre Dame, shopping, and a courtyard with several nice restaurants. Walkable and safe neighborhood near metro and LGBTQ bars. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."
