"Excelente hotel y el desayuno delicioso "

"La situation proche des départs des télécabines tout en étant au centre du village est idéale. Beaucoup de commerces aux alentours, ainsi que de restaurants. Malgré cette proximité, c'est très calme la nuit. 2 balcons avec vue sur les montagnes, bien ensoleillés à cette saison. Propreté de la chambre top aussi, et personnel agréable. Les salles de bain mériteraient une petit mise à jour au niveau des équipements."

"El hotel en general está bien, solo que se me hizo un poco viejo, la habitación estaba muy amplia aunque no me encantó su decoración, pero tenía balcón con vista bonita, el desayuno estaba súper bien y tienen el servicio de ir por ti a la estación, en general muy bien todo."

"The check in process was smooth and Karin was great. The overall stay was fine the room was comfortable and clean, nothing special. The location is good and close to walk to the train station. Unfortunately the check out process was terrible. We had a flight we had to go to Geneva to catch so wanted to leave at 7am, right when reception opened. However the staff were not ready for use and were rude when we asked for their help."

"I had a great stay at the Heimatalodge: room was clean and tidy. The hostess, Mariana, was very sweet and always made sure that we were well taken care of, at check-in as well as at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The view, the rooms, the food, the spa, the staff, everything was just so amazing and everyone so helpful. My pickiness is I wish the steam rooms and saunas opened earlier. And there was some more flexibility with the kid swimming pool hours. But I get it, it is mainly geared towards adults. I wood stay here again in a heartbeat. The breakfast included is light years better then the typical American continental breakfast, the Italian restaurant...

"We were here only for one night, location is good right by the tasch terminal.. we were here because we drove and parking was free here. Next time i would prefer staying in zermatt, zermatt is better option."

"Loved my stay here! Right next to the train station, easy to walk anywhere from here , and an amazing view of the matterhorn! Staff was so helpful when I was planning which hikes to do and what cable car to take."

"This stopover was part of our European road trip, so stayed at 5 other hotels along the way. Room & shower facilities were nice and we managed to watch England play on the TV where other hotels did not have British channels. The only disappointing factor was that our room overlooked the staff car parking, the bins and smokers which wasn't very pleasant. Informed reception who accepted our feedback and would make improvements. Other than this, lovely hotel/restaurant."

"The room we had was recently renovated. Our room had the view of the Matterhorn. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service from the train station for arriving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The food was amazing, every night the main course and dessert was different. The staff were friendly as well. It was a pleasant experience and very relaxing."

"Everything amazing! Besides having to walk 20min from the gondola to get there (downhill so easy walk). The place is definitely worth the walk. Best view, best food, relaxed and courteous hospitality. The hotel was not fully booked so they let us leave at 6pm, at no cost! Disclosure: the walk is not necessary if you get there at 8am or 5pm. During open slopes is not possible. "
