"Nice facility however, staff appear to have little or no training. Our toilet had not been cleaned, urine splashes everywhere. Bar/restaurant service was very slow and staff although they tried hard didn’t appear to know what they were doing. Coffee was cold, eggs were served cold, very disappointing."

"Booked 5 rooms for 5 people at Bira hotel. Booking was confirmed. Then an hour before we arrived, we were told the hotel was full and that we were being moved to another hotel. We then ended up staying at Hôtel MENABE'L, which is normally a cheaper hotel. We still had to pay the price for Bira Hotel, which was 50% higher than the listed price on Hôtel MENABE'L. This seems like a scam, in which both hotels might be involved with. I would hence recomond caution to book hotel with either of...
"The hotel was about what I expected for Antrisabe, but I think the price is too high. Par for the course is the lack of toiletries, but there was also no towel. Otherwise it is barebones but serviceable with a friendly staff."
