"They recently was bought a couple months before my stay, and they were changing the locks to the rooms, so I was not able to use the laundry room. Besides that, i enjoyed my room. I suggest bringing your own hair dryer - the one they provide takes long too dry."

"Beautiful apartment, clean, and responsive customer service."

"Lovely accommodation in a great setting. The room I had was on the ground floor adjacent to the door in and out. It was very noisy as a result which reduced the quality of the stay."

"This condo/kichenette was lovely. It had a heated drying rack in the bathroom, nice kitchen, and was roomy and very comfortable. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station which was great, but much longer walk to the main part of town. That would be the only downside if you don't want to walk quite a bit."

"We were a party of 7 and rented three rooms. My room had sticky rings on the nightstand from a glass. My niece’s room had a hole in the wall of her bathroom. My son’s room had a bathroom that smelled bad all the time. The beds were comfy. The rooms are large. The elevator is antiquated but works. The parking garage is something of a horror show. "Please do not even think about staying at this property. The photos you see are not realistic of the situation encountered. Mold, door to the shared balcony does not close properly. Dirty, old. Was present at the property for 40 minutes because of the unsafe and unhealthy conditions. When we requested a refund it was denied. Again, do NOT book this property!!!"

"Het winkelgebied en overige bijzondere locaties liggen op loopafstand. Een puntje van kritiek, de bedden zijn niet zo best. Een verenmatras met kuilen."

"This place is crying out for The Hotel Inspector or Gordon Ramsay to storm in and shake the owners out of their stupor. There’s genuine potential here — the kind of charm and setting that could make it special — but it’s completely undermined by a burnt-out, disengaged owner whose negativity sets the tone the moment you walk in. There were no menus, no prices on display, and ultimately no transparency — which meant the final bill arrived as a rather unpleasant surprise. Yes, I know I should’ve...

"Was top!"

"Excelent location, very convenient. The place is simple but it has all I need. CLeanliness could be improved."

"It was wonderful stay for me. Very safe and close to my official visit at Pieter D Somer auditorium, to attend ISMA 2026 conference. Iprefer to stay if I travel back to Leuven again."
