"Overall this is a nice hotel. The views are really nice as the hotel hugs the cliffs around shark bay. This means going up and down the hill and there are many steps etc. This was fine for me. We had one of the new private pool rooms which was very modern and nice. The older parts of the hotel do show the age a bit. The staff were nice but we had trouble getting more water on our last day. The breakfast was ok, I can only say it was not as good as other similar hotels. The hotel is not close to...

"Die Anlage ist wunderschön aber die Zimmer sind für den Preis nicht in Ordnung. Wir mussten das Zimmer tauschen, weil die Matratze nur noch aus Löchern bestand. Im neuen Zimmer roch es immer wieder nach Fäkalien und aus der Toilette kamen Ameisen. Das Essen war okay aber auch hier dauerte es ewig und nicht verhältnismäßig. "

The villas are basic but very clean and comfortable, with large comfortable beds, and a large outdoor deck with day bed and armchairs. "Sehr gute zentrale Lage und kostenloser Transfer vom/zum Pier. Das Personal ist super freundlich, auch der Laundry-Service ist gut. Frühstück à la carte und lecker. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Handtücher riechen leider muffig, vermutlich weil es im City-View-Zimmer keine Möglichkeit zum Trocknen gibt, sie müssten bei höherer Temperatur gewaschen werden. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes 3-Sterne-Hotel!"

"Exceptionally nice, clean room and a wonderful staff. I missed the ferry from Koh Samui but the staff kept the reservations and greeted me warmly when I arrived. "Room is completely outdated and absolutely stinks of mould when you walk in, we were a group of 6 and all got bitten like mad especially at night in bed. Every single one of us woke up with sore throats and coughing probably due to the mould, pillows stunk of it. The pool is absolutely disgusting and doesn’t look like it gets cleaned, tiles are all cracked and sunbeds are diagusting."

"Terrible place. Extremely noisy and very rude staff. There is a Rooster right next to the rooms which crows very loud starting at 03:30am all the way until 06:00am making it impossible to rest. Do NOT stay in this place it’s terrible. "
