"職員包括前台、打掃的都友善及提供很好的協助，房間寧靜，房價勝價比高，入住得滿意"

"staff we encountered were wonderful. the lifeguards even played with the kids by allowing them to try aim the water guns at them while it was quiet! breakfast was very good."

"Great views of Central Hong Kong and the Botanical Gardens. You can walk down to Central in about 15 minutes, or take a short bus trip from a nearby bus stop. There is a cafeteria-style place (run by the YWCA, not the hotel) for a simple breakfast or lunch, and a Chinese restaurant. The hotel doesn't have a typical coffee shop, which is the only criticism, but the great value and the location makes up for that. Highly recommended."

"Very good"

"I've been coming to the Dorsett Wanchai (and the Cosmopolitan as it used to be called) for nearly 20 years and it has always been my go-to stay on Hong Kong Island, The hotels is very convenient for my needs and offered excellent service and amenities. Unfortunately this stay and a previous stay in 2024 has shown that Dorsett haven't invested in the hotel, it's facilities, or staff training since COVID19 hit, and it is very much showing its age. With tired, tatty decor, elevators that...

"It was a great stay, but one of the three rooms we booked was dirty or was rushed on cleaning. We did request a refresh the next day since we went outside for the whole day; that one was still dirty and felt rushed. The other two rooms were spotless tho. The staff were very friendly and helpful; kudos to the guy who helped us keep our luggage while we strolled around after the check-out"

"Great stay in a perfect location. The staff was attentive and helpful and the housekeeping was immaculate. The room was cleaned daily and we were given many waters and amenities during our stay. The shuttle service was also super helpful and we used it to leave for the airport with good timing. We will be returning and booking again!"

"Property is located close to MTR and Mong Kok shopping"

"CausewaybayでTimes Squareの近くなので、場所はとても便利なところ。MTRの駅まで歩いて5分。タオルが紙タオルなので、持参するのをお勧め。隣の部屋の声もよく聞こえるので、音が気になる人にはお勧めできません。"

"The staff was great. I did not eat there so I cannot comment on their food. The rooms are a little bit outdated but certainly serviceable. Like, way better than a hostel for example. For the location, you can't get much better on price either."
