"The actual Oceanami resort is a completely difference experience than what's portrayed on Orbitz and the resort's website. "the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable.
