"Room was giving smoke smell, bathroom door one wooden piece was broken at middle, flooring near bathroom entrance was uneven, for 4 members(including 2 kids) stay they just kept 1 shampoo & moisturizer. Since we stayed only one night and did late nigt checkin and early morning check out we didnt have time to complain or ask for different room. "

Did not provide a printed receipt because officially the reservation did not end until the following day. Horrible customer service. Will avoid Fairfield Inn in the future. "
