"A beautiful old building thoughtfully adapted. The only minor negative was the inclusion of certain items of cheap metal furniture (from IKEA?!) amidst the otherwise very stylish fittings. An odd aesthetic decision."

"Ho soggiornato una sola notte ed è stato tutto perfetto "

"Een keurige sobere hotelkamer in een studentencomplex. Relatief nieuw. Ontbijt wordt gebruikt samen met studenten (van 07.00 - 09.00 uur). Gratis parkeren. Gelegen buiten het oude centrum (ong. 40 minuten lopen van centrale plein). Verschillende busverbindingen (vanaf 8 minuten lopen). Fietsen is heel goed te doen."

"Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many."

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione di un viaggio in Umbria. La struttura è un palazzo antico ristrutturato di recente e molto bene, infatti la camera era ben arredata e dotata di un bagno moderno con grande doccia. La qualità dei servizi è impeccabile e la pulizia è ottima. Staff molto disponibile e cortese. Ben fornita la colazione. Da consigliare."
