"Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The photos online are not reflective of the pool size or the overall vibe of the hotel. We found the staff to be very dismissive and rude when asking for basic things such as water. When we asked if there was somewhere to refill our water or if they had drinking water, we were told that they didn’t provide this and we needed to buy our own, we were fine with this but the tone we were told in was horrible. "Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very delicious. The staff helped us book multiple excursions. They helped us get a car for one that was across the island. They gave us recommendations. It was right on the beach and close to the bus stop making it very easy to not need to rent a car most days. Really nice restaurants were within walking distance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

"This hotel was wonderful. All the staff were very nice and very helpful. The breakfast was probably the best free breakfast in all the different countries that we have traveled. I would say the only downfall is that it is not close to very many things and you have to rent a car because taking the bus is not very convenient as you have to walk a long ways and do not run very often."

"What an incredible stay! Our room was large + air conditioned. It was quiet. The hotel pool was lovely. We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible breakfasts, and had dinner at their restaurant as well. Large portions, incredible views. A close walk to town, with so many shops + restaurants. My daughter + I felt very safe, and the staff were very helpful! THANKYOU."
