J’ai tenté de joindre le personnel sans succès. Mais le lendemain ils m’ont accommodé sans surplus pour que je puisse garder ma chambre plus longtemps puisque mon vol était en fin pm. "

"Really loved the staff, so friendly and accommodating! The location was sweet 🙂. Near the main street and easy to find and access. The room we got was meh. No windows in a family room felt too tight and claustrophobic. There was a main bedroom that had windows but the other “bedroom” was actually just a space with a bunk bed. The unit was also not directly accessible to the pool. The kitchen was complete, we used that area a lot. We never figured out how to use the tv, I think there should...

"Staff was super friendly & very helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice. Room was good, with nice art decor, but it was a little dusty. But what caught our attention was the toilet room. It was very compact, toilet was positioned so close to the wall, your head almost touches the wall, making it kind of hard to do number 2, lol. But overall, good place to be in Dumaguete."

"The rooms were clean, attractive, smartly deigned and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, always cheerful. The place is lovely, and small enough to make you feel you're not in hotel. There's as a warm and cosy vibe, with the patio units wrapped around the pool and a beachfront bar. A second-floor restaurant serves a hearty breakfast and lunch. Lavanya is also open for dinner, though we found some more exotic dinner options just a short drive up the coast (notably the Beach Cafe...

"Very good beds and pillows. Free Netflix on large screen TV. Free breakfast every morning. Good breakfast menu. Staff is very service oriented. Free parking. Beautiful pool. Top floor bar. Free toothbrush, tooth paste, & slippers. No mini-fridge in room, but a refrigerator, microwave, & hot/cold water despenser is located at end of hallway. No electrical outlet in bathroom. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel if you are unable to lodge at The Henry Resort Hotel."
