"I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and this one was about as good as it gets. Two things were what I think of as "beyond category"--the setting and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The rest (cleanliness, comfort, rooms, etc.) were merely excellent."

"Great rooms and staff. The whole island is hills and mountains so there are a lot of stairs but very manageable. The hotel is a family owned and run establishment and Nick is the nicest most helpful host you could ask for. They serve a great breakfast that is included. We highly recommend."
