"I like a clean room and a bathroom that is big enough to turn around in and that's what I got. If I'd stayed longer than an overnight, I would have taken advantage of the spa services and the pool. The property boasts a restaurant which I didn't have the opportunity to try, but their menu was interesting. The hotel is conveniently located immediately off the highway. It must be a popular choice as the large available parking was quite full."

"This was a great place to stay while visiting Bryson city and Cherokee. It was clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly. No frills on the breakfast though. Coffee machine, order machine, waffle machine. Could stand a little improvement there otherwise can’t complain for the price. "

"Warning - Do not stay here! Checked in at 3 pm, went to room, there was used soap in bathroom, sheets were stained and hair on them. I had to ask for new sheets and comforter and change my own bed. There is exposed wiring in room, pool is closed, no laundry facilities as stated. Since they are pet friendly I brought my cat, then I was told they had to call management to get permission for the cat. Pancake machine broken, they didn’t have gravy for biscuits because crock pot was broken. I...
