"We arrived for our stay Friday afternoon. We had made our reservation 7 months in advance, as this was a regular yearly trip. We made our reservations for the Holiday Inn. When we arrived, we found that the hotel had been purchased and redone by Marriott. This was not a big deal, but it did take a few extra minutes at check-in, as there were some computer issues with the reservation migration from the Holiday Inn to Marriott. The staff was apologetic and helpful.

"We were here for a good night’s rest on a cross country roadtrip. This place had very good Expedia reviews and I agree. Very clean, decent breakfast, plenty of hot water, a toilet that flushed properly. Did not use amenities. Sleep, shower, quiet time to read some, eat and on down the highway. Would gladly stay here again the next time thru the Berkshires."

"Check in was fast. Room was very nice and clean. We ate dinner at the cafe, I had the turkey dinner. It was a large portion and very good. The temperature was going up and down. Bathroom mirror could use more light for shaving. Could use another hook on wall and a towel bar on wall."

"Roy is by far the best front desk staff member this company could ever ask for! I have stayed at this location multiple times and he has always been exceptional! He is friendly, kind, vet personable and goes out of his way to make sure guests have everything they need."
