"Clean room and property. Friendly and helpful staff. Little outdated but looks like they’re working on updating the property and water park which is a big plus for the future. Water slides were not operational it seems most of the time we stayed there which was a bummer but not a deal breaker because we did other things in the area while there."
"The onsite restaurant has the worst unapologetic service. Don’t bother going there, actually slap yourself if you go there after reading this. The outdoor water park never had its water slides available. The children splash pad remained closed for the two nights we stayed there. The indoor water park was great. The front desk staff was great. Renting a cabana for the indoor water park is a sweet deal, it cost $50 and the space is yours for the entire day. It comes with a mini fridge for drinks and lounge furniture which is convenient to eat at while watching your kids play. The establishment will decorate the cabana for you if you purchase the birthday package. Over all, if the indoor water park was not as good as it is then this establishment would get 1 star from me. Because the indoor water park did not disappoint then I give this establishment 3 stars. If this establishment is not going to close the outdoor amenities like the water slides and splash pad then it should be transparent on what is available during your check in and offer some incentives for choosing not to cancel."
"The amenities were very convenient for my family. It’s nice to have everything you might need on site. We ate at 5 o’clock restaurant every day of our stay. Excited to return in the future."
"Stopped after 12 hrs in the car. Room was clean, quiet, had no issues. Left before breakfast. But snagged some coffee. Price was good for two queens on hotel.com 104 a night plus 50 for two dogs. Will stop here again."
