"The place was very nice and clean. The room was perfect and it worked out well for my cat. The only down fall was there were very few places to eat but we went to a place next door, Harrison's, qhich had very good food."

They only had waffles that you had to make yourself and cereal. We called before we booked the room to see if there pool was inside or outside and they didn’t even tell me that their pool was closed for maintenance. when we ask when we got there about the pool times they said it was closed for maintenance. "It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". ...

"I booked this hotel for a two-night stay but checked out around 5 AM the first night because the room conditions were unacceptable. The room was not just unclean—it was clearly not serviced at all. The sheets were stained and not properly fitted. The floors were visibly dirty with debris throughout, and none of the surfaces appeared to be wiped down. "Bring your own towels! They definitely don’t wanna give any extra even if your toddler throws all of yours into the tub! House keeping was great though, rooms are old. "

"This hotel was very clean, smelled wonderful, the staff was kind and informative, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good with many selections. The only odd was the placement of the frig next to the door. My son came through the door at the same time his dad was getting into frig and well, dad saw some stars for a few minutes. "

"We stay at Ka Quinta hotels when we travel. The one in East Ridge (Chattanooga) TN is really nice. The one in Powell Tn not so good. Microwave did not work, the refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. The breakfast no where near as good as East Ridge. "

"Staff at a the front desk were super friendly Staff at ge Breakfast Buffet were super helpful! Air conditioning worked good. The drapes in our room could have better coverage to block light out from the pool area. The area felt safe. Would definitely book again "
