"Overall, I would give my stay a 6/10.
When you first walk into the hotel, the lobby is very nice and the overall aesthetics give a great first impression. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights—there was a nice selection and the food was really good.
However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. There was quite a bit of hair in different areas, which made me feel like the room could have been cleaned much more thoroughly before we checked in. Some things in the room...

"Clean, nicer and responsive. I made a last-minute reservation. I was concerned at first because I didn’t know how to check in, left a message through the app, and the owner/manager replied right away and sent me all the info. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but make sure to place the order at least the night before using the form or QR code in the room so they can prepare it for you. I will go there again."

"The hotel itself is fine but the staff was almost never on the reception desk. While my checkin the staff member was on a call which went on for over 10 minutes and I was there waiting for them to finish. When she finished, she assited me and right then another staff member came.
Next day as well, the staff was not on desk when I needed an extra towel and soap. They came after 5-7 minutes. Hotel elevator was rusty and made wierd noises while opening and closing."

"Not enough towels in the room for every guest. Couldn’t reach front desk from room phone. Went to front desk to get extra towel, they gave me a floor mat to use because they didn’t have clean towels. For reference, the room slept 4, I reserved it for 3 adults and we were only giving 2 towels to share between 3 people. Also, soap dispenser was almost empty so amenities were not filled between guests. Lastly, restaurant was closed in the morning."
