"The perfect location for all of your Isle of Skye exploration. Nice staff and good clean rooms. My husband and I found the room nice with a beautiful first floor view of the grounds but a little cramped and maybe needing a little refresh. We were told it was an upgrade due to the view, however the room was next to the housekeeping closet which meant it was quite loud early in the morning. The breakfast each morning was lovely. Everyone we met on staff was really helpful and kind."

"There are a few on street parking areas right in front that are available to use between 6pm - 8/9:00 am. The rooms are above a bar but it closed down around 11:00. Any room on the third floor is the quietest, but very hot and there are no fans. While the window opens, it took forever to cool down and never really got below 72 to sleep. We stayed in late June. "Excellent 3 night stay at the hotel.... I was in a single room (29) which was basic but perfectly adequate for what I needed. The only issue with the room was the shower wasn't particularly powerful but was ok. Everything else about the hotel was very good, staff were lovely, especially the breakfast team. "Website doesn’t prepare you for the 5-10 minute walk uphill on a gravel path every time you go to and from your room from your car or hotel center. Won’t give golf cart rides (Staff uses them) for safety reasons. WiFi is available about 50% of the time. No phone in room so you hike down and back up hill to ask for help with it. No fridge in room. Some staff are great and some are rude."
