We called security twice but they were not able to stop the kids.The hotel allegedly could not move us to another floor despite the fact when we checked in the staff joked with the couple ahead of us saying "Let's make sure you're on a higher floor because there are hockey teams on the lower ones." "We were greet promptly and with a smile by a gentleman when checking in. Room was clean. We have only a few small issues, we were excited to eat at their little dining and bar spot and found it to be an inconvenience because they only had 1 employee running the kitchen and bar all while receiving room orders on top of people coming to be seated, the poor women was overwhelmed an had to shut down early because of to many orders and people in the bar. "Expedia app did an autofill while making the reservation, and wrote my name incorrectly without me noticing. Hotel could not check me in, after a long day driving."

"Our room was fine. Bed was just okay. After a comedy show, we got to the hotel hoping to get some food and drink but the bar was packed with long lines and one bartender who kept his cool but was obvo very stressed! We ordered some simple food which took a long time and was not great. Things were just chaos basically. Hotel in general was good but I'd advise you to eat and drink elsewhere. "
