"Amazing views from your room. Staff was amazing. Only thing i would change is softer bed. And a hot tub. The drive from airport was crazy long and tons of pot holes. I whould not drive urself. Took 3 hours"

"Check in process very unorganized with long lines. Room not ready at the 3pm check in time. Room shower needs a deep clean. Grout is black and brown. Beds are very firm. Bathrooms by pool area are not clean. No waiting staff in beach area or pool area. Resort lacked entertainment ands short staffed. Cat infested resort, cats on furniture In the common spaces. No alcohol being served before 10am and most bars close by 10 pm. Spa has ceilings falling down and holes in ceilings in the water areas. The manager refused to come to room to see the conditions of the bathroom. Sent a video that I will upload here and he noted “he doesn’t see anything wrong”. Definitely not a 5 star hotel!!! Only can get premium alcohol off you book privilege, which was falsely advertised. Food was just ok, Jamaican food was the best at the jerk hut and red snapper.

"The Vista was in Falmouth, Trelawny an area that I am very familiar with. The staff at the Vista were excellent, friendly and helpful. The layout of the facility was very thoughtful and well planned out. This was my first time there but I would certainly stay there again."
