"Stains of fabric on seats and couch. Otherwise felt clean and housekeeping was attentive and very good. Would have liked better support considering we were privileged status- meaning we had butler service. Took hours when ordering drinks to our room, made reservations for wrong number of guests, food was ok. Best food was the two restaurants on the beach. Staff was friendly. Chair situation by the pool and beach was ridiculous, people reserving chairs very early in morning and then no one sitting in them for most of the day. I had to wake up at 4:30-5 to get chairs, by 6-6:30 they have all been taken by people. Didn’t figure this out till day 3 which made the first few frustrating as we could find nowhere to sit to enjoy the pool or beach. "

"My white couch was dingy and the chair was peeling apart. There were dark spots I thought were bedbugs but it was just rust. At certain points of the day my room would smell like sewer.
The pool was great but the hot tub was cold & dirty. "

"Some rooms have no A/C, so be aware. But you may not need it since night temps are cool. My wall outlet was fried where the microwave sat, so microwave. There is steep ramp down to lower housing with a real chance of slipping when wet. I requested a walk strip for that. Come for the view but tamp down other expectations. "
