The pool is also beautiful and a very generous size. After returning from our first stay 2 years ago, we were disappointed that the 2 good nearby restaurants within walking distance have closed, but within 10 minutes by car there are several good tavernas to choose from. "I always look at reviews before staying somewhere new and can’t believe the negative comments made recently. Things like only bottled water provided on the first day it was provided every day, air conditioning not working it worked perfectly, problems with the lifts there weren’t any. "The hotel was ideal for our weeks stay in Corfu. Close to the airport. There is a bus stop immediately outside with regular buses into the centre of town.
