"Resort was great! We had an amazing stay. Kids loved the pool. Have to ask to access laundry i believe (we werent able to use it, as I believe it was broken). The drying rack on every balcony was an amazing touch. We would definitely come back! Thank you so much!"

The sound of it even when closing all doors is unbearable. I had to unplug electricity to make it go off. It is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. I advise changing it. "We were so happy we stayed at this charming and sophisticated boutique hotel. It is a little gem in the heart of the historic area. Our room had wonderful views of the water and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The staff was amazing, starting with the owner who personally walked around greeting guests. The hotel has a great feel to it. We definitely recommend it, staying there was memorable experience."

"This was a cute and very clean room in the middle of Old Town Chania. Perfect location, one block from the harbor. The room was cleaned every day and there was a lovely terrace for coffee. George responded quickly to all questions. We would definitely stay there again."

"Had the most amazing time here at Sansal Chania Crête, the staff are amazing and so friendly, this is our first visit to Crete Sansal and we definitely will return, the roof top pool and bar was an added bonus, at times we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was fabulous, the bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. "Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments...
