They spoiled me during my three week stayed. I did not feel like a guest, I felt like a family member. Wally the Manager has assembled a great team.... from the Front Desk Staff who laughed at my jokes to the ladies who made my daily smoothies. Of course the Security and front door staff who always listen to my stories and made my stay special. My wife said were coming back. Thanks Asia Prime for making my three weeks special. "

"I had a terrible experience at Belajandro Hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation. They placed the blame on Expedia, but having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know this was likely due to their failure to properly update their system and manage availability. I was traveling with luggage, a baby, and a child, and this situation was incredibly stressful. I had to wait three exhausting hours to sort out alternative arrangements on my own. While the hotel did eventually offer other accommodations, the overall experience was very poor and far from acceptable."
