"Great property and location. Spacious room. Better than average hotel breakfast. My only complaint is they bother you. I exceeded my room deposit and it was a federal emergency with phone calls and banging on the door. It happened again and we were locked out of our room. Just keep the card in file and charge it! Otherwise very good. "

Clean room and friendly staff. Easy to get to transportation for the city center and tourist locations but is quite a distance."

"The place was great, only have 2 complaints. Shower drain feels clogged and the ac feels pretty weak, even at max settjngs i could barely fee it. Otherwise, great stay everything was great, breakfast was solid and staff were very accommodating"

"Everyone was so kind to us during our stay. It's very clean and the staff was beyond helpful. Parking wasn't an issue because the hotel always makes sure we had our car in the garage or safely parked on the street. There is a marker right across the street for snacks and drinks so we didn't have to go far. There are many café and late night food because we were up most nights "

"We stayed 5 nights at the Ezkar Bathonea Art Hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is peaceful and clean, and the staff were very helpful.
