"Room room and friendly staff. Pool was great"

"Visited mother-in-law in March. Got a terrific deal on four nights due to offseason. Arrival was a smooth process. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Recommend and will stay, again."

"Breakfast Buffet was pricy - could have gone outside the hotel for a better cost and food. Internet connections kept dropping - do not get any rooms with numbers higher than 220/320/420. Told the front desk but nothing was done about it. Clean room but watch out for the bathrooms glass door which was not very private. Park in the back - closer to lobby. Restaurant staff was very good and attentive. A-Plus to them."

"The property was clean, free and easy parking. check in was fast. Breakfast was very good and even had a gluten free muffin which we rarely find! Room was very clean and nice, the kitchen actually had most things that were needed. Close to food, grocery store, gas and attractions. The only issue was that the pool wasn't open while we were there and my son really wanted to go. But the hotel next door was nice enough to let us use theirs. "

"It was not good. There is no option, bagels are old, muffins are old and stail, I can tell as Bengal store owner. Waffle mix was out of supply, and very limited options. I know you guys can do better than this."

"Breakfast is self serve with choices that could be microwaved. There was fresh fruit, yogurt and juices. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Unfortunately, they forgot to give me my VIP vouchers so if you are due VIP treatment make sure to ask about it! "

"The hotel was extremely clean and parking was a breeze with a private lot right behind. The only thing I wish they had is a reception area indoors. When traveling with multiple adults, it's nice to be able to get out of the room and drink coffee/read while the other is still waking up. They do have a fabulous covered area outdoors, however, for the warmer months."

"Booked 2 rooms. The hallway corridor, the carpets are pulling away from the wall and looks dirty and unmaintained. Bathroom whirlpool tub is brown where the keys are and caulking has turned black in. The bathroom door didn’t open all the way, it hit the toilet. Found hairs in the tub and under the sheets. There was a brown streak on the wall by the bed. Furniture was worn. Curtain had tiny holes in it that was allowing sunlight through, chair had missing fabric. "

"This would be my only complaint. They do not have a continental breakfast. Everything is an individual purchase for breakfast and very expensive. I don’t think anyone ever buys it because there’s nothing set up in the morning. They should offer coffee and simple items included with the room it almost makes me want to book with Hampton Inn, but I really like the building and the staff. "

"The staff at the hotel was phenomenal!! Every single staff member went out of their way to ensure we and our dogs had a great weekend. The lobby lounge was beautiful and relaxing with great food, drinks and service!"
