"The room is perfect. It's so much more affordable than the other dozen hotels in the area. We were just evicted from my home after my identity was stolen. My landlord lied and stole EVERYTHING from my home, cars, and family and our stay here is the first time we have felt safe in months. The staff are soooo kind and friendly that our youngest wants to live HERE FOREVER!!! THANK YOU 10/5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"My family and I stayed here for a few nights and this hotel did not disappoint. The staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast, the nightly snacks and drinks were very very good. We will certainly stay here again when in the area. "

"The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and they kept the food supplied really well despite how crazy busy it was. There could be more seating available for breakfast but we made due by waiting. The staff were very friendly and had our baby’s portable crib in the room upon our arrival even though there was a lot of people there and checking in. The beds are very comfortable and the hand sanitizing wipe on the remote was a nice touch. We only stayed one night but this hotel made us want to stay...

"Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities. "

"House keeping entered the room while my wife was asleep and the do not disturb sign was on the door and instead of leaving the room the man wanted explain why he was there my wife jumped up and yelled at him and then he started to leave and I had gone to the store my wife called me really upset and when made it back to the hotel the house keeper and the house keeper manager were standing in the hallway by my door and the man spoke a very broken English and he was trying to apologize to me and...

"I stay here for weekend work in Cleveland and it is perfect for me. There was no freezer in the fridge, I needed that, all rooms are different though. All my rooms have been very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the staff not pounding on my door for cleaning as I work nightshift and I sleep during the day. Friendly Staff! I also love that there are so many different choices for places to eat. Also there is a Walmart/Dollar General and Dollar tree nearby. Among others. Great Area!"
