It's hard to do a star rating system because my issues were with staff that was working that weekend and in general Expedias website ,and not necessarily a representation of the entire hotel. "Our stay at La Paula was perfect. We felt very comfortable and all the amenities were excellent. We enjoyed daily breakfast and it was very nice to have free laundry self service to use after a few days of hiking in the Dolomites. Highly recommend!"
