"Very pleasant stay, room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The location is convenient, in center Arad. Plenty of parking (for a small fee). Breakfast was good, a variety of food and Julius Meinl coffee. The VIP perk was given to us only when we asked. They never offered an upgrade. Bedding was good; if the room faces the back of the hotel there is a huge noise that bothered me the whole time."

"It is a nice hotel , clean, good breakfast, great staff, small spa with good sauna ; however some inconveniences in the room, the air in the bathroom was not working, very cheap shampoo and shower gel, very cheap and broken trash can, cheap toilet paper …the small details that make me think about 3-4 stars, not 5 ! But the most horrible thing is the manager just waved that he knew that the girl's behavior was inappropriate and did nothing.
